WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Horrible customer service! I work during banking hours and they failed to assist me as my card is expiring soon. The employees suggested I drive all the way to OR Tambo just to renew my card. It will cost more to do that than to just switch to a bank that is willing to assist me. Will definitely be looking at other options. It wouldn’t have hurt anyone if they were just willing to assist me.
