WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I need to get a letter confirming that a credit card account was closed roughly 10 years ago already because it is still showing on my ITC. Been struggling since Tuesday and speaking to roughly 10 people in different departments without any luck. My application for vehicle finance was declined because of this. The customer service is absolutely shocking! Left a post of facebook as well, with them then requesting me to message them my details so that they can assist, did this 3 hours ago already and now they are just ignoring me! I am so tired of *********** people. How is it possible that after almost 10 years a card from you still active on my ITC????
