Worst customer service ever!
<p>I was at standard bank pretoria bloed mall on 3 December 2016. The bank has worst customer care ever! you wait in the queue for over 3 hours. there is only one teller to assist . the staff is rude and are not even bothered by the long queues. They disappear from their work stations without even notifying the clients . I regret banking with them . worst customer service ever ! I suggest you close the branch coz it's clearly not interested in serving the public.</p>
