Worst customer service. Don't waste your time.
Worst customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is my third attempt trying to pick up a cheque card from the Sandton City branch and have been here for 45 mins. There's no staff at the bank just a security guard and one lady who just walks around. At least 30 people waiting for over 30 mins. The security guard said everyone is gone to lunch. Pathetic service always at this bank.
