Worst customer service
Have been with standard bank for years now. They have just gone backwards, their customer service is shocking and they will let you sit and wait to see a consultant for more than an hour. I will never recommend them.. They even charged me R225 to send a statement to Nedbank. They are just the worst bank I have had to deal with.
