Worst Customer service

Standard bank has the most annoying customer service ever experienced, a person wait over 3 hours on the longest queue. You would think tge employees sre in a go slow and when you complain they become so rude. This has been going on for far too long...irritating. I no longer see the need to continues being patient with such mediocrity. Other banks hardly experience this nonsense
