Worst Customer Service

<p>I am growing highliy frustrated with Standard Bank's poor customer service. Options are made available to those who are unable to get to a branch (i.e. most people who have a job), however these have proven to just be a waste of time over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of sending a secured message or calling a call centre if you are NEVER assited?????</p> <p> </p> <p>But trust me, the moment Standard Bank tries to get more money out of you or sell you something you don't need... you will receive call after call after call at the most inconvenient times.</p> <p> </p>
