Worst client service EVER
absolute worst ever!!! After 4 years I still don't have any answer. I have spoken to the complaints department but that did not help at all. I have sent in a complant to the Ombudsman now. Hopefully I will get a reply. Not even their employees lasts!! Again and again I have to speak to someone else that has no clue what is going on... then the whole process starts again. You are the most awful devision to work with!!! Please, don't ever have your testament or life insurance with them!! They do not know what they are doing!!
