Worst call center service of my life
Wow, if I there was a negative star, I would put it. The service at standard bank home loans call center is appalling. Spoke to a lady by the name of Nomsa Gogo, and requested my 12-months statement, and I can't be given that. She, together with her manager Grace made me see that I need to move my accounts to another bank. Terrible, terrible service.
