Worst Call Center ever

Twice in 3 days I had the unpleasant experience to have to call the Call Center. Tuesday I held for 19 minutes and hung up. Today I hung up after 10 minutes.

This is the norm.

Why would anybody want to do business with them - Not me. I will be leaving soon.
