Worst banking services

Standard bank decided to block my account and card without any kind of notification. On a Sunday worse of all. They ordered a card for me without me asking. I got stuck at the garage after pouring petrol and had to pay only to discover my card don't work. When I called, I was told to go to the branch the following day. I cant even withdraw cash through my phone because they blocked my account as well. This has got to be thee worst bank ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
