WORST BANKING INSTITUTION

Standard Bank Vehicle Finance is the worst division and bank to have ever opened. When you contact them, they send you from pillar to post until you get to the right department. I made an adjustment on my vehicle installment for the month at which point the consultant said it will be done as it was before they load the installment on their system and the will send confirmation of the change. Today I get an sms to state that the amount has gone out and the changes were not made on the 16th of last month. When contacted they said someone will call me after 7 days to look into the issue and whenever they say they will call you back they never do. Standard bank is the worst bank and dont ever trust them with your finances because they do not deliver as promised.
