worst banking experience!!!

had a standard bank savings acc , I then closed acc in 2007/2008 because of a ***** incident ,std bank could not give me surety my money is safe, in 2012/2013 side, I was offered a credit card from std bank, I took it, hoping things have changed.2013 I think, I drawed R5000, nothing came out the ATM, but a slip saying \error
