WORST BANK WORST SERVICE
Useless bank, countless problems, 4 weeks waiting for a credit card to be delivered, my private banker takes forever to respond, deliveries organised by the private banker dont arrive. Private banking call center agents cant even transfer your call to your designated private banker, similarly the ***** department cant transfer you to a manger
