Worst Bank with bull**** service!!!

I am highly disgruntled with standard bank on Saturday 12/11/2018 , the ATM did not work the swipes did not work I put fuel into my car and the card transaction declined knowing I have money in the account I was left embarrassed and could not leave the fuel station till I made a plan to borrow money from a friend. You guyd don't send any notifications sms or emails to tell us clients you having a problem. I went to a concert and could not buy **** on Saturday afternoon I had to starve I could not shop, left stores with an embarrassed face. I am closing all my accounts with you as you cannot be trusted, will you compensate me for the inconvenience or embarrassment caused to me ??? I have been with you for years now but im moving on **** you.
