Worst bank to have a homeloan with

This is the most useless bank ever, even its own employees do not know how to operate its own system. I have stopped banking with STD Bank, unfortunately my home loan is still with them. Since I moved to another bank I a stuggling to install a debt order with them with the new bank. What is even worse is that I am also unable to make a direct deposit into my homeloan. Right now my homeloan is in arrears. Whenever I go to the bank to do a direct deposit, the tellers always tell me they cannot do the deposit
