Worst bank to do business with

After applying for my home insurance loan cover to pay my bond due to me being retrenched, im still getin debit orders that standard bank wants to take out my account. Ive written countless emails in this regard but to no avail. Unfortunately my next step is the bank ombudsman, an we do it the legal way. Big banks like yourself should know that people are going through tremendous stress, an to add more fuel to fire during a world epidemic is just the worst business practices ive seen.
