Worst bank to bank with

I have been with this bank for over 15 years and always thought highly of this bank based on its promises to their clients. About a year back I purchased a vehicle and required vehicle finance,and to my amazement, standard bank was the only bank that declined the finance yet I had a good credit rating and affordability was not an issue. So I decided to let it slide,maybe they know something that other banks don't know even though my history with the banks were sent to all the other banks. Just a few weeks ago, I app**** for a home loan,and to my astonishment,they are the only bank that declined this again. I have been approved by all the other banks and actually negotiated rates, then just for personal knowledge, found out my credit rating, which was actually good, and this bank comes with there nonsense. So I have decided to leave this here to inform everyone about the pathetic service you receive from this bank. Another incident when my bank card had been ****** a few months back,I had app**** for a new card,which I paid for, they send me the normal blue card and when I go to pick it up,the employee tells me don't worry, it's just a card.....whose paying for just a card????so definitely off to another bank for me,I never want to deal with this bank again and I will ensure that family and friends are made aware of this service from this bank.
