Worst bank on the planet

I had a two debit orders reversed three months ago, to date I've only received money for one of those. I have been in contact with the bank on NUMEROUS occasions regarding this and all i keep getting is the same stupid response \ the matter has been referred to our Complaints<br> department and they will assist you further with your<br> request."<br> Mind you I've had four different people respond to me reading my complaint"
