Worst Bank in South Africa, Going To Move To FNB

After numerous calls to Standard bank over the past 8 months to reverse the R35.00 service charge off my credit card account as it is not supposed to be charged as the account is linked, you have taken the amount of again this month, last month I received a e mail saying that the issue had been resolved, well obviously it has not been sorted out, when I called Standard Bank this morning the consultant was not very helpful at all and was rude. Terrible service form a bank that I have been with for a number of years. <br> <br> I will be going into the bank during the course of the week to close the account and move across to First National Bank.
