Dear standard bank. I am back here for the 3rd time and still no one has called nor resolved my issue as yet. You basically giving me the middle finger as regards to my money.

Since you told me open an account in order for me to access my bond money, let me suggest this then to you? Ought I or can ask SA PROPERTIES to pay my bond money into the std bank account you made me open, arrange a debit order date with you to debit that std Bank account. Will you then grant me access to my money? Is that not a solution to the issue instead of you giving me the silent treatment and the middle finger and refereeing me to the ombudsman?
