Worst bank in South Africa

Please do not bank with Standard Bank, they are the most useless bank in South Africa. I have noticed withdrawal fees being charged to me when that was not the terms and conditions I agreed to. When I called customer care, I was told that there has been a change. Apparently even if you make 2 withdrawals which is within your 5 withdrawal limit, but the amount being withdrawed exceeds R5000 for the month, you pay charges. When was this bull**** comminicating with your customer? It's the same as monthly bank fees and transaction charges, you just see increases with no communication. This is not what I signed up for. Standard Bank should just close down, useless bunch of idiots.
