Worst bank ever to bank with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My debit order failed for my credit card repayment. I then emailed them to debit my account. No response. I did this a couple of times. No response. I call them today to get this sorted out. Get a fkn crazy penalty amount. after struggeling to understand and hear the call centre agents. This is the worst bank to bank with. Do not go there ever.
