Worst bank ever.

My credit card was ****** and it's being misused, I've been trying to get hold of the ***** department for a week, wasting my time and money. I even went to the branch but they told me to call the ***** department. Till this day my card is not blocked and I can't get a hold of standard bank ***** department. I didn't even get an SMS notification to alert of *****s happening on my card. The worst bank ever.
