Worst bank ever

It is really frustrating when you expect your bank to understand your financial situation better than anyone else. I was retrenched in January 2019 so no funds had being going into my account since. I contacted standard bank on numerous occasions to stop my debit orders as I was being charged unnecessarily for return debits. No one could help me, now I have them and debt collectors calling me for outstanding funds. What a bunch of idiots to work with, no one seems to help you when you need the help. But they call you and butter you up to take loans and insurances when all is well. I feel it unfair to pay for something that I do not owe, if someone did stop the debits, that amount owing now would have not been there. And now debt collectors feel that they can push us around and hassle us for nothing. I have been dealing with standard bank for more than 15 years now and to be treated like this..ridiculous!!!
