WORST BANK EVER

Good day, I took out a standardbank loan in 2012 and due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to fulfill my agreed payments, however I paid what I could afford considering my financial situation. I was handed over to McRobert attorneys who are mediating on Standardbank's behalf. The staff at McRobert attorneys are very rude and abrupt not taking people's financial situation into consideration. I have contacted Standardbank directly and they were of no assistance in sorting out the loan I have with them. I have sent numerous emails to try to come to an amicable resolution with the settlement of my loan and to date I am still waiting to hear from Divan from McRobert attorneys.

Several other financial institutions were compassionate and understanding to my situation and agreed to my settlement offers whereas Standardbank is the only bank not willing to understand my current situation in these tough economic times. I have being paying for many years which should count for something. Standardbank's interest rates are ridiculous.
