Worst bank ever.

They the worst bank ever when it comes to sorting out Credit card problems. I have been trying to close my card but what a uphill struggle. I paid settlement on Thursday and on Monday I have money outstanding..They said 24 hours then call and close card now it is 72 hours...Really worst bank ever!!!!
