Worst bank ever!!!

I got a credit card with Standard Bank and my outstanding balance is about R18000. The minimum amount i pay is R2000 every month and i dont use my card anymore. According to the credit bureau on their records it shows im paying monthly R27400 towards my credit card. I tried so many time thru Standard bank just to update my details with all credit bureau cause im getting declined when i apply for vehicle finance as it shows wrong on my report. Mails in and out, calls!!! Nothing change. Pathetic service
