Worst bank ever!!!!!!

<p>An instant deposit was made to my account on the 3rd of September, I received an sms to say that money was deposited into my account but when I checked the balance using my cell phone it showed that nothing was deposited. I still haven't received the money till today. I called the call center today and was advised that I can only be assisted on the 12th of September. This has ruined my vacation to Cape Town and caused enormous stress for me. Standard bank is the worst bank ever.</p>
