Worst bank ever!!!!!

I have been waiting in a queue for 3 hours at the Southgate branch and haven't even entered the bank. This is ridiculous! I went to FNB, got quick, efficient service and came back and the standard bank queue hasn't moved. I need to lodge a funeral claim and have no alternative but to wait. Even home affairs dept is better. This bank is the worst!!!!
