Worst bank ever

Highly *********** staff once again,Mpho (call centre agent) feels her opinion is more important than the customers, as she talks over a person and actually has no clue what she is doing. She has no record of previous correspondence to them, so clearly their systems are very outdated. I am so sick and tired of dealing with this bank and regret ever doing business with them.
