Worst bank ever

THe worst bank ever and the process to get your money. My bank account was blocked a month ago and nobody notified me that my account has been blocked. After I got paid into the bank account it tells me declined while there is 57000 in the bank account. I arrived at the bank and they put me on the phone with an consultant that tells me that I cannot use the money until 48hours because the account is blocked.
