Worst bank ever

i used to have a cheque account with standard bank and i went to the branch in Randburg about 3 years ago and asked the consultant to close it as i'm moving to capitec bank the lady advised me that it was closed, funny enough i get a call today the lady tells me that I've been handed over because i,m owing them and i need to pay. i'm so irradiated with the incompetence of standard bank its not the first time i have a problem with how the do things. they are ***** stair. standard bank is the worst bank ever the service is bad and the ripe of people.
