Worst Bank Ever

I thought Standard Bank was the best Bank but I was wrong.

I have a Elite Cheque account with Standard Bank. I pay R100.00 every month for service fee.

On Saturday (30/12/201), I went in to the bank to with draw a large amount of money in the bank because I bought a car and the owner wants cash.

So I went and withdraw the money, no hassle. Got my money and I'm out of the bank.

So on the 02/01/2018, all my debit orders will go off due to New Years on the 1st. So I knew how much money I must have in my account after all my deductions. So today (03/01/2018) I looked on my bank statement to make sure that all my debit orders went of and see that I have -R90.00 in my account. This was very strange because I must still have money left in my account.

So I notice that Standard Bank charge me R755 for banking cost to withdraw R40 000. Really!!! Look I know there must be bank cost, but R755 is ridiculous!!!

So I try to question this and all I got is there is cost to this I must see the pricing attach. So on this pricing is state that R35.00 fee + R1.80 for every R100. So It is R35 + R720= R755.

The best news is if I did EFT I wouldn't have pay any bank cost. The reason why I couldn't do EFT payment because the owner wants the money immediately in his account and Standard bank doesn't have the option to clear payment immediately. This is the only bank that doesn't have this option. Banking cost was not a problem but this amount is outrageous!!!

I couldn't believe this when I saw it and I told other people of this and they say that this is a **********..

So standard bank you lost another customer. I going to take all my money to FNB because you guys are ****ing your customers with your ridiculous banking cost!!!

Farewell

Angry Customer!!!
