Worst bank ever.

I opend my cheque account about three months ago. Sat in brance two hours to update my acount details and fica my account etc. It stil was not done or updated. I struggeld two months with emails between me and my banker etc to get this fixed. After two months this was corrected. and my sms updates started working but in the time it was not working or udated a large amount went out of my account i picked it up and called it in to find out i have to wait two months before standerdbank can give me an awnser think it is time to get cart blanche and laywers inwolfe and get this sorted standerdbank dont update your detail etc and you get problems on your acount with now help from the bank you have to wait on theire time line they dont care not their money taken out of account the can pay theire bills etc so ****** the customer. If this hapens to n bank employee it will be sorted on the same day. The worst bank i ever moved to and wont recomend them for any person
