Worst Bank Ever!

OMW! My own bank has topped my list of worst banks. I have been so disappointed. Getting my account was a mess, applying for a over draft and student loan was a mess and yet again, a few months later, I did a stop order and it is a mess. You are surely not moving me forward. I have request a stop order after the new year since multi choice took money that did not belong to them. I was penalised with an unpaid and another two bank charges. Feeling confident that the stop order was successful I was fairly shocked when another d/o when through my account for guess who? Multi choice! I was again charged for an unpaid and a stop oder fee that stdbank did not attend to. Now due to the multi choice d/o going through there was no more funds for my gym to go off! Creating a whole other mess by itself! I mean is it so hard to give a service that I so expensively pay for?
