WORST BANK EVER

Since i have submitted a retrencment claim, up to today I have not heard a single word about this claim, I have sent the documents numerous times to ***, and even took it to the bank whom sent it to the same email adress. My second complaint is that, Standardbank is the ONLY bank that I know off that debits monthly fees and still let debit orders go off an account that does not even in two years received any monies in. Yet they charge you for unpaid debit orders ect. HOW DOES THIS WORK... surely if a debit order does not run for more than 3 months it must be cancelled..... now i must pay a bunch of fees I do not even have a job how must I pay it???
