Worst bank

My bank account which is with Standard bank was debited unauthorised by Nedbank, I reversed the debit now I'm charged R390 honouring fees for a debit that was reversed when I try to explain that if it was not because of that unauthorised debit my account will not be on minus they told that it's not their problem. I'm highly ****ed right now thinking of changing a bank after 14 years of banking with them they provide **** service.
