WORST BANK

Standard Bank's ATM have a tendency of being faulty at all times.Had the same experince last year whereby it allows that I put a pin code and instead of the funds to come out , it keeps having an hour glass and the ATM runs continously without taking out funds.I've had this incident twice , last year and the past sat , on the 7th of Feb.When I called to report this ,I was Informed that , the funds will returned back to my acc , after 5 -10 working days.This is so Pathetic, I've had this issue once with FNB,and my money wad reversed in less than 2 hours.Standard Bank is a horrible bank to use, so laid back ,also wont reach FNB's standards .STD Bank has so much to learn from FNB,They never get things right, and will never reach where FNB is.No wonder why my husband went back to FNB because it is the best bank to bank with .STD BANK sucks i'm expected to lend money for my transport and my son's transport because of their INCOMPETENCE &amp
