Worst at customer service and convenience
By far the worst customer service and support. Why do I need to go into a branch to close my account? And also, why do I need to send an email to you to unsubscribe from your newsletters? I am so excited to be taking my money elsewhere. Each time I have to deal with STD bank it is a nightmare.
