Worse Than Blood-Sucking Leeching Ticks

Every month without fail, we are literally being harassed by Standard Bank's call centre agents who don't take 'no' for an answer - even after they get hung up on. After numerous promises from various members of this useless leeching, bloodsucking organization to remove both of our contact numbers from their call lists, nothing has been done. Do we have to lay charges of harassment against the bank before the calls will stop? We are not interested in purchasing ANYTHING more from Standard Bank - in fact, our credit cards will be closed once and for all when they are paid up (Virgin Bank not only does not harass its customers, it also doesn't charge annual card fees). Today's call centre agent prattled on until my husband hung up on him and he then had the nerve to phone right back again. This is now the umpteenth complaint I have lodged here regarding SBSA call centre and if nothing is done about this, further legal action will be taken. This is obviously a bank that does not respect its clients wishes in any way. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!
