WORSE SERVICE NO FEEDABCK PATHETIC !!!

I was constantly contacted by standard bank in order to take up a credit card, I kept declining but calls never stopped. I eventually agreed but never used the card now I am being harassed and threaten with legal action, is this how STD BANK operates , I have logged complaints and spoken to many people however to date no response. I want this resolved and removed from the attorneys your product does not offer any safety benefits and now you want to take legal action against me for money I never spent THIS IS INSANE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!! I WANT THE THREATENING SMS TO STOP, I ASKED FOR STATEMENTS AND I AM STILL WAITING, WAS TOLD THAT ***** DEPARTMENT WILL CALL ME , STILL WAITING.
