Worse Service

<p>Firstly I would like to say standard bank is terrible . I went abroad and informing the bank that I will be going away the said everything would be perfect at my first destination my card hasnt worked and my family in South Africa has to struggle for hours eventually it worked. I went to Saudi Rabia and my card stopped working after insuring me my bank card had no issues nothing worked. I am in a foreign country and i have no cash on me what type of service is this All the other people who used FNB,ABSA & Capitec etc money was drawable . I had to end up borrowing cash to be able to live. On my arrival in Cape Town my card is blocked and still doesnt work not , This is the worse service I endured and this was my first account I opened was with you and for this reason I am going to close it as I will be traveling again and with this pathetic service I will never use standard bank ever. I expect a reply within 48hours and an appolgy as because of standard bank I was left without Money for almost a month and yet today my card still doesnt work .</p>
