Worse Service

<p>I have been c client of STD bank for almost 8 years , and they just never seem to assist with any complaints</p> <p>I app**** for a credit card which was approved , but before i had to collect it i had to update my proof of res , which i did , no one calls you back , Ive spoken to Rosa and Fayo , promising to get the team leaders , to escalate my request and they will call back in 20 min , always 20 min , but guess what ? , no one ever calls you back , they just dont care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im actually on the verge of moving all my accounts over to Capitec , they have amazing service and willing to open my savings and credit account whithin 15 minutes , no hassle , if STD bank cant up their service , I will be moving over , and i will make sure to get all my friends and family to move too.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so fed up with standard bank , they just dont care about any of their clients</p>
