if i had option for 0 rating i was gonna try that, really i don't understand why rude people will be on the first line to assist the client, I spoke to a lady today Ntombi Vilakazi from credit card collection. her services way out and very poor. My account is not on arrears but my card is block and he said she cant unblock and am worried because the block will affect my credit report,
