Worse ever service

Worse service ever...I send my sister money via money gram...Now they send her to go sertify her ID at the police station that's far from we she stay ythen she went to give them the I'd copy...they send her home and tell her that they will call her to come collect the money ...they call again to tell her that my address is wrong really so I don't know my own adress...and the address is on the receipt that I send her....worse service ever that we experience when them... they also let one wait for hours in the line..
