Worse disgusting service (Standard bank)😡😡😡

I’ve never been patient with the bank . I opened the account with standard bank business banking and received sms saying i must go fetch my card at Gateway branch after that I went back home only to find out my card is not linked to my account number ,I went to the branch and they told me to call them(standard business banking) ,I did phone more than 10 times and Its stressful because now I can’t access my money ayi its a lot .One business banker called me today and said she’s checking she will get back to me until now nothing.I’m so angry with their service its bad. I’m so mad and irritated! Worse service ever and I wish one day they can tell me what wrong?
