Worse client experience From Sinethemba Ciko ***** department

Worse client experience from Sinethemba Ciko from ***** department, after explaining to this guy that I have been ****med by a standard bank client, I provided him with all the information he requested and he is still sending me up and down, standard bank has thus far taken no action against their ******* client and this is rather disappointing from a banking institution.
