Worse Bank regarding service

The shift from being the leading bank to now being considered one of the least favorable bank is quite evident. Even Capitec has outperformed this bank in terms of service quality. I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter concerning my private banker a week ago. I received a call stating that a follow-up would occur to provide me with the updated information regarding my new private banker. However, I am still waiting for that follow-up. This scenario highlights the difficulties encountered by private bankers, particularly the deficiency in service. It is remarkable that a bank once esteemed as the best has now fallen to one of the lowest ranks in customer service.
