Worse Bank in SA is Standard bank
Minus 100 rating. Worse bank in SA. Nothing works. Help lines calls get dropped and they have my details but do not bother to call back. Loaded beneficiary at the bank gone missing off my profile. Only 1 branch open in Pretoria East. Only bank in menlyn with a cue of over 90mins and still in the line waiting. Useless. Will be closing my account at this useless bank as no one cares. I bank with 3 other banks so I don’t need this.

Have to get out of this bank.
No other bank here in Menlyn and I see ABSA, Nedbank and FNB have cues.
Explain why ONLY Standard bank has this issue ?? It is because all your branches are closed.
What’s done about it ?? Nothing.

I have only now been seen by a consultant after 171minutes.
No one here can tell me what happened to my beneficiaries which we’re loaded on my account at the branch.
Decided based on the last 3 weeks of not able to get a branch that is open or able to help me with dropped lines when calling standard bank to rather movie my funds out to another bank.
Actions speak louder than words.
I have only now been seen by a consultant after 171minutes.
No one here can tell me what happened to my beneficiaries which we’re loaded on my account at the branch.
